I’m pretty excited about flying into Greece! First stop: The Acropolis.
Followed by a visit to the New Acropolis Museum. I highly recommend the museum even though the British Museum ironically has more of the original fascia complements of Lord Elgin.
This is the sight where they think Plato used to lecture.
And then we find the site of Aristotle’s Lyceum… It was only uncovered last year.
Then to Zeus’ Temple and the Olympic Stadium.
Then we climb a giant hill to a church.
One of my favourite museums is the Greek Museum of Archaeology.
There were many more sights, temples, gardens and evening concerts… Oh, and food… But, I would have to go on for days!
Time to relax and island hop!
Thank you, Greece! It was lovely!!!
